Pattie Mitchell has completed the requirements for the Cruise Lines International Association Cruise Counsellor Certification Program. She is now recognized by the cruise industry as an Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) by undergoing indepth training in all aspects of the cruise vacation experience through extensive classroom training, ship inspections, and onboard cruise experience.

Certified Sandals Silver Specialist (CSS)
Agencies with CSS designation have completed a rigorous course of study and are uniquely equipped to sell Sandals & Beaches resorts. Requirements to maintain a Silver CSS status include attendance at yearly workshops for updates and continued education and high volume of sale. As a Silver CSS agency, we have personally either inspected or vacationed at each Sandals and Beaches resort. <
